State Issue 3
A proposed constitutional amendment requiring government-issued photo ID to vote in person, and an approved photo ID for other voters unless state law allows a signature plus another unique identifier. It would let state law offer another check for voters with a sincere religious objection to being photographed. Photo ID is already required to vote in person under state law.
